After hearing about all the buzz and seeing that it was one of the most-watched series in the entire world, I finally found the time to watch Squid Game. I have to admit, I had a great time watching it and was very entertained throughout the entire season. It involves hundreds of contestants (all down on their luck and in need of money) who are invited to participate in children’s games to try and win a lot of money, 45.6 billion won (about $33 million). The only problem is that these children’s games are now deadly and the last contestant standing wins all the money. It will pull you into its world and before you know it you will be hooked. It is a suspenseful show with many twists and turns and a lot of violence. This is a show that will stay with you long after you watch it. I know it has already been renewed for another season, so I hope they can keep the same magic they had in the first season… “One Hundred Years of Solitude” is one of the biggest TV and streaming premieres of this month.
